RETURN POLICY
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY
  • We do not offer refunds at this time. All returns must be made in the form of store credit or exchange.
  • All returns must be made with 15 days of purchase.
  • All returns must be accompanied by receipt. No return or exchange will be given without receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free. Any items not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
  • Store Credit will be issued via paper credit and will be mailed to the customer within 5 business days plus typical delivery times.
  • Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All discounted and sale items are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE - no exchanges, no exceptions.
  • Shipping costs will not be included in returns, exchanges, or credits. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store Credit may be used in store or online.
  • Purchases made online may be returned to the store for credit or exchange.

    All orders will be processed within 3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed by the end of the day on the following Wednesday.

If items are damaged or defective, customer must contact us via email at returns@sumactradingco.com or by phone at 580-252-1899 within 3 days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund. If contact is not made within 3 days of receiving the item, no refund will be allowed and item will only be eligible for credit or exchange.

We strive to fulfill every order correctly but if a mistake happens we will do everything we can to make it right! If you receive the wrong product please call us at (580)252-1899.
