RETURN POLICY
 

We hope you love your purchases! But we understand sometimes things don't work out! So here's what we can do!

All returns/exchange must:

  • have tags attached
  • be in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition
  • be smoke and odor free
  • we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet those conditions

FOR SUMACTRADINGCO.COM PURCHASES:
Please call or text us (580) 606-2996 for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returns or exchanges will be made without a RA Number. Please include the RA number and your name (or the name the order was places under).

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Sunnies
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates
  • Seasonal Items
  • Sale Items
  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more

As long as items are postmarked back to us within FIVE days of receiving (based on USPS tracking numbers), we will refund your method of payment. For returns postmarked 6-15 days after receiving, only a store credit will be given (that can be used online) and the same conditions above apply. Any requests made after 15 days will NOT be eligible for a refund, return, credit, or exchange of ANY KIND. Please note that shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with shipping items back to us. If items have been altered, worn, washed, have the tags removed, or have an odor, this policy is VOID and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Sumac Trading Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit based on the condition of the item. Please note this policy differs from our in-store policy. This policy may change at any time with or without notice.

FOR SUMACTRADINGCO.COM IN STORE PICKUP PURCHASES:

Items must be returned to us within FIVE days of PURCHASE.  Please include your name or the name the order was placed under. As long as items are postmarked back to us or returned in store within FIVE days of purchase, a refund will be given. For returns 6-15 days after purchase, only a store credit will be given and the same conditions above apply. Any requests made after 15 days will NOT be eligible for a refund, return, credit, or exchange of ANY KIND. Sumac Trading Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or credit based on the condition of the item. Please note this policy differs from our shipping policy as well as our in-store purchase policy. This policy may change at any time with or without notice.

DUNCAN OK STOREFRONT PURCHASES:
For in store purchases, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE IS OFFERED.
We offer a store credit or exchange up to 15 days after purchase.

ONLINE EXCHANGES:

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches us. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can:

  • Reorder the item in the size or color you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 5 days of receiving) for a refund.
  • If the original item is postmarked back to us 6-15 days after receiving, a store credit will be issued to be used towards a future purchase.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

We try our best to keep up with sizes online. But we are primarily a brick+mortar store. Sometime things sell out in store before we are able to update the online listing. If that happens and the item you ordered is not available, we will cancel that item and refund the amount that item. If other items were purchased along with the out of stock item, we will continue to process the other items.

The customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with shipping items back to us.
